Call For Proposals: Critical/Anti-Colonial African Development Project
Post-Colonialisms Today is a new policy research and advocacy project focused on recapturing post-independence/decolonization-era African policies and visions. The project will apply feminist and heterodox approaches to economics to recover the key initiatives that sought to address the material, cultural, and spiritual limitations imposed by colonial regimes, and identify ideas that can be usefully adapted to on-going development challenges in Africa.
We invite proposals from African scholars and activist intellectuals to join this project. Up to USD 5000 will be offered to support the fulfillment of each accepted proposal. Please email your proposals (of approximately 500 words, with contact info and affiliation), to postcolonialismstoday@regionsrefocus.org by January 26, 2018.
